Hallo! Ich mache es so ähnlich, gebe aber statt Weisswein an die Pilze einen guten Schuß Cognac, das schmeckt uns in dieser Kombination besser. Frische, glatte Petersilie kommt zum Schluß auch noch immer über das Gericht. Hatten wir erst gestern ;-) ...
