Our darkest roast, it has a rich, smokey taste, low in acid and caffeine, it is surprisingly mild.

Brazylia Santos

As a stand-alone varietal we roast this on the light side of medium that produces a very mild, low acidic taste. This is also the primary bean used in our flavored coffees as it does not compete with the flavorings.

Supremo Kolumbii

Rich, bright, and smooth, moderately high in acid. Acid gives it the bright and lively taste, we roast our colombian to a slightly dark medium roast.
