A boneless breast of chicken marinated in lime juice, tequila, triple sec, cilantro, then, grilled. Tossed with fresh greens, our lime and honey dressing and topped with feta cheese. Served in a tortilla shell.

Enchilada De Sonora

Roasted beef or chicken, New Mexico chiles, edam, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked in amarillo sauce. Topped with guacamole and sour cream. Served with refried beans and Mexican rice.
